Description
Herbs only herb mills are 2 1/8 inches wide. The rounded teeth help to break the herbs apart, not smash them together. Once the material has reached the desired size, it will not break down any further. This produces a nice, consistent-sized material, perfect for tea, rolling or flavoring food. The hard maple is durable and crisp, allowing the mill to turn and grind herbs effortlessly. This design enables the user to process a large amount of material in a short period of time, and its compact size and rounded, evenly spaced pins make it very easy to clean.
How do you clean a wood herb mill? First, close it and twist the sides, then lightly tap them together. If there is still some material in the mill, simply take a toothpick and move it around between the pins, dislodging any remaining material.
