Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they ship.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may still qualify for a return.
Returns
Non-Consumable Products (Accessories, Merchandise, etc.)
We offer free returns on all non-consumable products.
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery
- Return Shipping: Free—we provide a prepaid shipping label
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging
Non-consumable items that are incorrect, faulty, or damaged are eligible for a free return or exchange within 30 days.
Consumable Products (Herbs, Teas, Smoking Blends, etc.)
Due to safety and quality concerns, we cannot accept returns on consumable products unless the item is incorrect or damaged in shipping.
Once a consumable item has left our facility, we are unable to resell it, even if unopened.
However, if a consumable product is damaged or incorrect, we will gladly accept a return within 15 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return or Cancellation

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.
- Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
