Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they ship.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may still qualify for a return.
Returns
For US customers, we are able to offer free returns on all products.
Unfortunately, due to cost concerns, we are unable to offer free returns on international orders—return shipping is paid by the customer, and the cost of the item and shipping the item to the customer are refunded.
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging
Any items that are incorrect, faulty, or damaged are eligible for a free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for all customers.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at sales@smokingblends.com with your order number and details. We’ll provide instructions, an RMA, and any necessary shipping labels. We are unable to accept unauthorized returns.
Additional Details
- Authorized refunds are issued to your original payment method within one business day after we receive and inspect your return.
- Exchanges are always welcome.
International customers
We are not responsible for items held, confiscated, or lost in customs. Please know the laws of your country before ordering. Duties and taxes are not refundable.
