Do I have to be a legal adult to purchase from your site?
Answer: Yes. Because our natural herbs and blends can be used for tea and smoking, we require our customers to be considered legal adults in their state or country to order. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
How do you address late orders or orders lost in the mail?
Answer: Thankfully, this is extremely rare.
If a tracking # shows the order is “still in transit” for longer than three weeks, the order will be reshipped or a full refund issued.
If the tracking # shows the order as delivered, there are now very convenient ways of tracking it down. When USPS (the only shipping service we use) scans a package as delivered, the GPS location of the carrier is included, so USPS will know exactly where the package was when it was scanned as delivered. If the local US Post Office is unable to assist in tracking the package down and the GPS location shows it was delivered at the wrong address, a refund or replacement will be issued.
What is your return policy?
Answer: We are unable to accept returns or give refunds on herbal products because they are not able to legally be resold once they are sent out and received by a third party.
If any product is damaged on delivery or the wrong product is shipped, full refunds (including return shipping) will be issued if the product is returned within 30 days. In some cases, an image of the item can be used instead of returning it.
We offer full and free refunds on non-herbal products if they are returned unused and undamaged within 30 days.
What will appear on my CC or bank statement?
Answer: If you check out via credit card or e-check, the order will show as “CSI”. If you checkout via PayPal or pay via credit card via PayPal it will say SmokingBlends.com.
Do you offer express shipping?
Answer: Not at this time. We offer First Class Mail (3–4 days) and Priority Mail (2–3 days). Reason: USPS express shipping is not 1-day shipping, in some areas, it can be up to 2 days.
What does the product come packaged in? Are your products box shipped?
Answer: All orders are properly packaged and discreetly shipped in durable boxes. It is our goal for the products to be received in the condition they were shipped in.
Do you offer order tracking?
Answer: Yes, customers are emailed their tracking # when the order ships.
How long does it usually take to receive an order? Which shipping company do you use?
Answer: Orders are normally shipped the same or next business day they are verified. Holidays, problems with order verification, and other busy periods can cause slight delays. Credit Card Orders will normally arrive 3–7 business days from the order date.
The estimated time of arrival, 3–4 days for First Class Mail and 2–3 days for Priority Mail, is an estimated time the product will arrive at its destination after it has been shipped, not the amount of time it will take to receive an order from the day it was placed, and is not guaranteed by USPS.
Are herbal smoking blends safe?
Answer: When used properly, the blends we carry have been shown to be very safe (other than the risks smoking itself carries). Please see this article for more in-depth information.
How should these smoke blends and bulk herbs be kept?
Answer: The best way to store your herbs is to refrigerate them or keep them in a sealed container. We refrigerate or vacuum seal our herbs when they arrive, depending on the herb, to keep them extraordinarily fresh.
Can smoking herbs help someone quit smoking habitually?
Answer: According to some of our customers and outside sources, they can. Herbs and herbal smoking blends can provide a great alternative. They need to smoke less and less often. Quitting is very hard, so finding a smokable herb or blend to smoke can be a big help in many ways. If someone is serious about quitting smoking habitually, they can try to find a herb or blend of herbs they enjoy smoking to get them through the hard times and go back to if they feel like having a smoke. Most herbal smoking blends are not addicting, which can be an aid to habitual smokers. We are not saying it is impossible to become addicted to herbal smoke. All we can speak for are the 20 years we have been in business. No one has become dependent on any of our products.
