Chamomile Tea

Chamomile flowers make a delicious floral, sweet, apple cider like flavored tea.

Try starting out with 1 tsp of chamomile flowers per 8 ounces of water. Bring the water to a boil then remove from it from the heat, add the chamomile cover and steep for 5-10 minutes allow to cool, strain out the petals and serve. If you would like a stronger or weaker tea, you can increase or decrease the amount of flower used and the amount of time it is boiled in small increments.

Is Chamomile Smokable?

Chamomile flowers are smokable and have not shown to be habit forming. The smoke from the flower is said to be smooth with a light floral flavor.

Chamomile flowers are becoming quite popular in smudging blends and sticks due to their light floral aroma and reputation for promoting calm.
