Description
ETSY™ is derived from two Latin words, et meaning “even” and sī meaning “if”. In English, the word is spelled etsy and means “even if” (even if things did not turn out exactly as you expected, relax, unwind and keep trying). The calming Leonotis Leonurus flower petals in this blend have a very long history as an enjoyable tea and smoking herb, and are known to possibly help with the symptoms of withdrawal from alcohol or tobacco. These beautiful, bright orange flowers are also well known to attract butterflies and hummingbirds. ETSY’s™ pure wild dagga petals are ethically wildcrafted in and imported directly from South Africa.
Uses
ETSY™ is able to be smoked in any pipe and also rolled. These fluffy flowers are hard to blend with other herbs. Imagine trying to mix cotton balls with herb leaves. However, it can be a useful and interesting addition to any tea or smoking blend when added in small amounts. For example, you are preparing to smoke a pipe and add ETSY™ to the bowl filled with other herbs.
For use as tea, start with 1 gram of ETSY™ per 16 oz of water. Slowly boil the material in the water for at least 7 minutes, then allow it to cool and strain out the herbs. If you would like a stronger or weaker tea, you can increase or decrease the amount of ETSY™ used and the amount of time it is boiled in small increments.
Benefits
The flowers in ETSY™ are used both orally and topically to possibly help with, itchy skin conditions like rashes, boils, and bug bites; cramps; headaches; and it is a popular natural remedy for constipation. It may also assist with relieving stress and symptoms of withdrawal from alcohol or tobacco. More scientific study and research is needed to fully verify any of these claims.
